Why We Exist

Over 10,000 Denver Residents experience homelessness on any given night.
Less than 50% report being connected to ongoing supportive services.

Momentum360 exists to help bridge that gap through connection, resources, and individualized support.

Who We Are

Our story

Momentum360 was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves access to support, regardless of where they are in life.

After years working in behavioral health and speaking at men's and women's sober living programs, founder Aaron Leu-Pierre realized that while many people received support after entering recovery, countless others remained unsheltered without access to even the most basic resources. Wanting to reach people before they ever entered a program, he began conducting street outreach throughout Denver, often in below-freezing temperatures, providing hats, gloves, food, and other essential supplies to anyone in need.

What began as one person serving the community has grown into a nonprofit connecting individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability with transportation, communication, identification assistance, employment support, housing navigation, and individualized case management.

Our visionnaire

Aaron Leu-Pierre is the founder and Executive Director of Momentum360. With a lifelong passion for behavioral health and serving others, he has built his career across both the corporate and nonprofit sectors, always believing that meaningful change happens when people are met with compassion, dignity, and practical support.

While speaking at men's and women's sober living programs, Aaron recognized a gap that would change the direction of his work. He learned that for every one person in sober living, hundreds of others remained on the streets without access to the same opportunities for recovery and stability. Determined to reach those who were being overlooked, he began conducting street outreach during Colorado's coldest nights, distributing hats, gloves, food, and other essential supplies to people experiencing homelessness.

Today, Aaron leads Momentum360 with a simple but powerful vision: to remove barriers by providing resources with no strings attached and to ensure every person has access to genuine support, regardless of where they are in their journey.
