Our Mission and Vision
We meet people where they are with real, on-the-ground support including:
resource navigation, hygiene supplies, cold weather gear, phone access, transportation and bus passes, tents, sleeping bags, and more. No explanations or commitments required. We aim to listen to what our community truly needs. We show up consistently and celebrate every step forward, big or small. Because everyone deserves to be seen and supported.
OUR PROGRAMS
Resource Navigation
We help individuals navigate and connect with food assistance, housing assessments, ID and birth certificate replacement, employment referrals, and more. We send the emails, sort through the paperwork, and walk alongside those in need each step of the way.
Community Outreach
We offer consistent weekly resource newsletters and on-the-ground presence at partner sites throughout Denver, Colorado Springs, and Boulder. We provide direct one-on-one support for navigating local resources. We meet people where they are with support that doesn't ask questions.
Practical Gear & Basic Needs
We provide our community with tents, tarps, sleeping bags, cold weather gear, phone service, monthly bus passes, hygiene kits, food, water, first aid supplies,
and more. These are essentials that can remove immediate barriers and create the foundation for forward movement.
Peer Support
As licensed peer support specialists, we listen without judgment and create space for stories to be told.
We offer encouragement, affirm strengths,
help identify goals, and celebrate every small win. Because change happens one step at a time.

SUPPORT OUR CAUSE
Your donation connects individuals to essential supplies and low-barrier support they can't get anywhere else.
Some examples of how your donation shows up as real support include:
- $10 a month provides phone service for connection to jobs, interviews, social services, case workers, and loved ones.
- $30 a month ensures a monthly bus pass for transportation to family, employment, medical appointments, and more.
- $45 a month provides a tent and sleeping bag for someone spending their nights on the streets.
- $50 a month provides clothing support including cold weather gear and essentials.
Every dollar goes directly to removing barriers and restoring dignity.
